How to request for feedback

Whether you're presenting at Novus or engaging in the community Telegram, feedback is a great way to gain data points on what you've built. Your ultimate source of truth will likely come from your customers — but not everyone may be at that stage.

Feedback has worked well at Novus when it has followed these steps:

  Give just enough background that someone unfamiliar can give useful input.
